This Privacy Policy explains how Fourth Dimension, LLC ("Fourth Dimension", "4D", "we", "us", or "our") collects, uses, stores, transfers, and deletes personal data in connection with 4D services — including the 4D web platform, tenant workspaces, and the 4D Shopify-Odoo Sync add-on for Odoo — and in connection with visits to our public website at fddst.net.

Fourth Dimension, LLC operates the fddst.net website and the 4D service.
4D provides business intelligence, reporting, data-warehouse, dashboard, integration, synchronization, and related data-processing services, delivered through tenant workspaces. 4D offers connectors to external business systems selected by the customer, including Shopify and Odoo.
The 4D Shopify-Odoo Sync add-on is installed in Odoo and connects an Odoo database to a 4D tenant workspace. Shopify is connected during setup using credentials or access information supplied by an authorized merchant or administrator. For that offering, 4D acts as the external integration service used to process, map, synchronize, and report outcomes for selected Shopify-Odoo data flows.
For tenant account, billing, subscription, product analytics, support, security, website, and service administration data, Fourth Dimension may act as an independent controller.
For customer business data that a customer chooses to process through 4D — including records synchronized between connected systems and data loaded into reporting or data-warehouse structures — Fourth Dimension generally acts as a processor or service provider acting on the customer's instructions. The customer is responsible for determining whether it has a lawful basis and authorization to provide such data to 4D.
Data processing terms are included in the 4D Terms of Service.
Depending on the customer's configuration, connected systems, and synchronization or reporting scope, 4D may process:
Customers should avoid loading or syncing data that is not needed for the selected configuration.
We use data to provide, operate, maintain, secure, troubleshoot, and improve the 4D service; connect tenant workspaces with the customer's selected external systems; authenticate and authorize access; process selected synchronization and reporting flows; map source records to target records; display processing status, logs, and outcomes; manage trials, subscriptions, billing, and service administration; prevent abuse; investigate security issues; and comply with legal obligations.
4D is not an accounting, tax, legal, invoicing, or financial compliance system. Customers remain responsible for reviewing and validating tax, invoice, fulfillment, inventory, accounting, and other business records in their connected systems of record.
Where Fourth Dimension acts as a controller, the legal basis depends on the context and may include:
| Purpose | Typical legal basis |
|---|---|
| Account setup, trial administration, subscription administration, support, and service communications | Performance of a contract or steps requested before entering a contract |
| Security monitoring, abuse prevention, operational logging, troubleshooting, and service improvement | Legitimate interests in operating, securing, and improving the service |
| Billing, tax, accounting, dispute handling, and legal record keeping | Legal obligations and legitimate interests |
| Website analytics, optional communications, or other consent-based processing | Consent, which may be withdrawn at any time |
Where 4D acts as a processor for customer business data, the customer is responsible for its own legal basis and documented instructions.
The public website at fddst.net includes contact, booking, and subscription forms. When you submit a form, we collect the information you enter, such as your name, email address, and message. We use it to respond to your request, schedule requested calls or demonstrations, and, where you request product updates, to send them.
Form submissions are stored in our website database. We do not sell this information and do not share it for third-party marketing. We retain leads for as long as needed for these purposes; you may request deletion at any time via developers@iszolea.net. Marketing emails include an unsubscribe link and our postal address, and we stop sending them when you unsubscribe.
Website server logs (network address, requested page, browser information) are retained for security and troubleshooting purposes.
The fddst.net website uses strictly necessary cookies and, with your consent where required by law, analytics cookies provided by Google (Google Analytics). In regions where consent is required — for example the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom, and Switzerland — analytics cookies are not set until you accept them, and you can change or withdraw your choice at any time via the Cookie settings link in the website footer. The cookies used, their providers, and their durations are listed in the Cookie Policy at https://fddst.net/cookie-policy.
Public legal and help pages served by the 4D application, including the pages linked from the Odoo add-on, do not use analytics or marketing scripts.
4D is hosted in the United States. The 4D application server, database, backups, and logs are currently operated on one US-hosted server environment provided by Hostwinds. Authorized team members may access the environment for support, security, maintenance, and service operation purposes.
Current subprocessors and service providers include:
| Provider | Purpose | Location / role note |
|---|---|---|
| Hostwinds | Application hosting, database, backups, logs | United States |
| Stripe | Payment processing for subscriptions and trials | United States; Stripe processes payment transactions under its own terms as an independent payments provider; 4D does not store full card numbers |
| Twilio SendGrid | Transactional and service email delivery | United States |
| Website analytics on fddst.net, subject to consent where required | United States; see the Cookie Policy | |
| Azure DevOps / Microsoft | Source-code management and deployment pipeline operations | May involve international processing depending on account configuration |
If personal data from the European Economic Area, United Kingdom, Switzerland, or another jurisdiction with transfer restrictions is transferred to or accessed from the United States, we rely on appropriate safeguards. For customer personal data processed on the customer's behalf, the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses (Module Two) are incorporated into the 4D Terms of Service; the completed annexes are published alongside the Terms and available from developers@iszolea.net.
We retain data for as long as needed to provide the service, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, enforce agreements, maintain security, and support legitimate business operations.
If a customer uninstalls the Odoo add-on, the 4D trial expires, the subscription ends, or the tenant is closed, 4D will schedule deletion of the related tenant data within 14 days, unless a longer retention period is required by law or needed for legitimate security, fraud-prevention, dispute, accounting, or backup purposes.
Customers may request earlier deletion by contacting developers@iszolea.net. We will process such requests as soon as reasonably practicable, subject to identity, authorization, security, and legal checks.
Operational backups are retained for up to 30 days. Logs may be retained for operational, security, audit, and troubleshooting purposes. When immediate deletion from backups is not technically feasible, we will isolate the data from active processing and delete it according to the backup lifecycle.
Retention of website form submissions and leads is described in Section 7.
We use reasonable technical and organizational measures designed to protect data processed by 4D, including access controls, credential protection, operational logging, backup procedures, restricted team access, and internal deployment controls. Customers are responsible for protecting their 4D credentials and the credentials of their connected systems, and for limiting access to authorized personnel.
Customers are responsible for ensuring they are authorized to connect their systems to 4D; selecting appropriate synchronization and reporting scopes; obtaining any required consents or providing required notices to their users, customers, or employees; verifying processed data in their systems of record; and maintaining their own legal, tax, accounting, invoice, fulfillment, and business-record compliance.
Where 4D acts as a processor, customers should submit data subject requests to 4D through developers@iszolea.net and provide enough information to identify the relevant tenant, system, record, and request type. We will assist the customer as described in the data processing terms.
Where 4D acts as a controller, individuals may contact us at developers@iszolea.net to request access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability, or objection, subject to applicable law.
As of the effective date, Fourth Dimension has not appointed a Data Protection Officer, a European Union representative, or a United Kingdom representative. If an appointment is made, the contact details will be published on this page. You may contact developers@iszolea.net for available information about international transfer safeguards or to raise a privacy complaint.
If you are located in the European Economic Area, United Kingdom, or Switzerland, you may have the right to lodge a complaint with your local data protection supervisory authority.
If your browser sends a Global Privacy Control (GPC) or Do Not Track (DNT) signal, we treat it as a request to opt out of non-essential cookies and do not set them for that browser.
4D services and the fddst.net website are intended for business use and are not directed to individuals under 16 years of age. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children. If you believe a child has provided personal data to us, contact developers@iszolea.net and we will delete it.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The updated version will be posted at https://fddst.net/privacy with a revised effective date.
