What is the price per month?
Our prices vary depending on the number of users. Users can be purchased in batches of 100 making your payments simple and clear. 100 users cost $100.
What is the cancellation period?

What limits are applied to our usage?
All features are available to all users at all times. We don’t limit the number of items, or bandwidth. Once you have purchased your subscription with the chosen amount of users, the application is yours to use as you wish.
How is our data protected?
We take security seriously which is why 4D is centered on Microsoft SQL Server. Our recommended process is to use 4D as a Data Warehouse and import your data to SQL. We can leverage the data security features of SQL to keep your access controlled and safe. Let 4D keep you safe and secure with our iron-clad security and permission processes.
How do we connect to our data sources?
Connecting is simple and runs via our user interface. Our data connections connect via SQL directly or remotely via Data Node technology. We currently also connect to Shopify and will soon be launching SalesForce, MySQL, and many more. If you require something specific, get in touch via the email address in the Contact Us section.
How long does it take to set up our service?
If you chose hosted, then it only takes a couple of minutes to provision your site. If you prefer an On-Prem install, we aim to have you up and running within a couple of days.
What is the difference between hosted and on-prem?
Our hosted option utilizes our own servers and on-prem gives you the option of running the software on your own business servers.
